2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for:
2.1.1. The fulfillment of the contract between you and the operator or for the implementation of the operator’s measures prior to the conclusion of such a contract, under the Article 6 (1) b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “regulation”)
2.1.2. The fulfillment of the legal obligations which apply to the operator, under the Article 6 (1) c) of the Regulation, namely the fulfillment of obligations imposed on the operator by generally binding legislation, Act no. 235/2004 Coll., On Value Added Tax, as amended, by Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on income tax, as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended.
3. Purpose of processing of personal data
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform a contract between you and the operator, including the delivery of goods and the resolution of the liability for errors or the implementation of the measure by the operator before the conclusion of such a contract, and the fulfillment of the related public service obligations of the operator.
3.2 There is no automatic individual decision making under Art. 22.
4. Time period of storage of personal data
4.1 Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations of the contract and for the period necessary for the purpose of archiving under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but at longest for the period of time stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.

6.2 The recipients of your personal data processed to fulfill legal obligations may also be the financial administration authorities or other competent authorities in cases where the general binding laws are imposed on the operator.
6.3 Operator does not intend to sell your personal data to third countries (outside the EU) or international organizations.
7. Rights of data subjects
7.1. Under the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the operator access to your personal data, the right to edit or delete your personal data, or to limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
7.2 If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated or the regulation was violated, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
7.3. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the operator.

We do not use either profiling or automated processing of your personal information on our sites or campaigns.
